After-sales Service Clause
 
1. Quality Warranty Period:
1) 2-years limited warranty for vehicle, wear and tear spare parts are excluded, warranty period from the date of commissioning after delivery, Lithium batteries warranty are 5-year limited, Lead-acid batteries warranty are 1-year limited.
2) Wear and tear spare parts including but not limited : tires, front windshield, seats, seats back, rear view mirrors, brake shoes, lighting devices, key switch, rubber parts etc.
3) The electric carts delivered by the seller is guaranteed independently of the legal warranty against any materials and construction defects, for a period of  2-years and in accordance with LEON TECHNOLOGY standard terms of warranty to which reference should be made. The warranty shall not apply to products subjected to misuse, neglect or accident.
4) Following problems are excluded from the warranty by LEON TECHNOLOGY :
a)--Damaged caused by improper unloading.
b)--Damaged caused by improper assembly.
c)--Damaged caused by improper operation.
d)--Damaged caused by improper and unauthorized maintenance.
e)--Damaged caused by natural disaster and/or accidents, or any other uncontrolled reasons. 
f)--Damage caused by the components not ordered directly from LEON TECHNOLOGY .
g)--Beyond the warranty period.
 
2. Spare Parts:
1)Recommended spare parts will be quoted as the buyer request.
2)Within warranty period, replacement parts will be sent within 5 working days after confirmed by both parties. Owning to products quality issues or design defect, replacement parts will be sent as free of charge. If troubleshooting is caused by wrong operation, replacement parts will be quoted and sent after receipt of payment by both parties confirmed.
3)After warranty period, replacement parts will be quoted and sent within 5 working days after receipt of payment by both parties confirmed.

3. Sending Engineer:
1)Within warranty period, local service engineer will be sent within 7 working days after confirmed by both parties. Owning to products quality issues or design defect, local service engineer will be sent as free of charge. If troubleshooting is caused by wrong operation, it will be quoted and local service engineer will be sent after receipt of payment by both parties confirmed.
2)After warranty period, it will be quoted and local service engineer will be sent within 7 working days after receipt of payment by both parties confirmed.
